Gene Borgstahl practices in the areas of workplace injuries and Workers' Compensation. He has been licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan since 1984 and is admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts in Michigan and Ohio, the Industrial Commission of Ohio and the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. A graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, he is a member of the Toledo and Ohio Bar associations, the Michigan Bar Association and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, for whom he serves on the Workers' Compensation Committee.
